Job Title: Mushroom Packer | Delivery Driver

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team our Fulfillment Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging mushrooms with care, ensuring that only high-quality products are prepared for shipment, and transporting goods to Customers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining vehicle safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect mushrooms for quality and freshness

Sort, weigh, and package mushrooms according to company standards

Label packages accurately with product information

Ensure proper storage and handling of mushrooms to maintain quality

Keep the packing area clean, organized, and sanitary

Follow safety protocols and guidelines during the packing process

Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed

Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers or business locations on time.

Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.

Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.

Safely operate delivery vehicles and ensure compliance with traffic laws.

Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Provide excellent customer service, including handling complaints or questions.

Maintain delivery logs and records.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages (50 Lbs)

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Basic math skills for weighing and counting

Experience in a packing or warehouse role is a plus, but not required

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends, if necessary

. Valid drivers license
